Return & Exchange Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to GPS Leaders, LLC hardware products purchased directly from GPS Leaders, LLC or an authorized reseller. Software, airtime/SIM connectivity, and subscription services are covered separately below.

2) Returns & Exchanges (10-Day Window)

  • Return period: You may return or exchange hardware within 10 days of delivery (the date the package shows as delivered).

  • RMA required: Please obtain an RMA number before sending anything back: (855) 432-6423 or [email protected]. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.

  • Condition: Returns must include all original contents, accessories, and packaging and be in resellable condition. Incomplete or damaged returns may be denied or subject to additional fees.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Activated or used SIMs/airtime and software/subscriptions

    • Custom or special-order items

    • Clearance/final-sale items

Who pays shipping: For buyer’s remorse or ordering errors, you cover return shipping. If we shipped the wrong item or it’s verified defective on arrival, we cover return shipping (see DOA below).

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to discretionary returns and exchanges.

  • We may waive the fee for factory-sealed, unopened items or verified DOA replacements at our discretion.

Refund method & timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Restocking fees (if applicable) are deducted from the refund.

3) Dead on Arrival (DOA) — 30 Days

If a product is defective on arrival and you notify us within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no charge and cover standard return shipping. Contact us for an RMA and troubleshooting—many issues can be resolved by configuration.

4) Shipping Damage — 3 Business Days

Inspect shipments upon delivery. Report visible damage within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and product. Keep all packaging while the carrier claim is processed.

5) 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

GPS Leaders, LLC warrants its hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

Remedies (at our option): repair, replace (new or refurbished), or refund the purchase price (less reasonable depreciation for use). Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions (not covered):

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper storage, improper installation or wiring, exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or power surges

  • Alterations, tampering, or opening the device, including unauthorized firmware or third-party modifications

  • Use with non-approved accessories, cables, power sources, or antennas

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function

  • Lost or stolen items

How to file a warranty claim: Contact us for an RMA. After basic troubleshooting, you may be issued a return label (for covered claims) and instructions. We may offer advance replacement with a temporary charge that is reversed upon receipt and inspection of the defective unit.

6) Software, Services & Connectivity

  • Airtime/SIM connectivity and software subscriptions are provided on a service basis and are non-refundable once activated. Service uptime, coverage, and performance depend on carrier networks and third-party systems and are not covered by this hardware warranty.

  • Service terms (including any suspension for non-payment) follow the applicable service agreement.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPS Leaders, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or recovery costs, even if advised of the possibility.

9) Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
