You can return or exchange your equipment within 15 days from the original date of receiving your purchase for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange. You may also contact us at (951) 230-0750 or firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. If you choose to return your equipment via a shipping method, please contact us directly and we will send a call tag to your location to pick up the equipment for return. However, if you decide to exchange your equipment you will need to pay a one-time $35 restocking fee, shipping costs, and difference in price for the new purchase order. If we owe money for the difference in pricing on your exchange we can either apply it to your order or we will refund you the difference owed through your original method of payment.
