Is there a monthly or annual fee?
Never a monthly fee. The paid-once hardwired unit includes five years of service with no annual fees; after five years, $25 renews it for another five. The paid-once wireless includes four years with no annual fees, and it isn't renewed: after four years you replace the unit. On the renew-yearly units you choose one, two or three years up front, then it renews at $18 a year. Shipping, tax, installation and accessories are extra and shown at checkout.
Renew yearly or paid once: which should I buy?
Paid once if you want to pay once and forget it: five years of service for $89 is the best value on this page. Renew yearly if you finance in Canada or Mexico, or if you'd rather buy a shorter term and renew yearly. Both track every two minutes while moving and both run the alerts, the Repo Recovery App, and lender transfer.
Hardwired or wireless?
Hardwired if the car goes through an installer anyway: it reports every two minutes while moving, runs off the vehicle, and can take starter disable. Wireless if you need a unit you can place without wiring: it sleeps on a battery, checks in on a schedule, and jumps to five-minute updates in Repo Mode when you need the car.
What does the volume ladder mean?
Buy twenty of a tracker and the twenty-first is on us; forty gets two free units, sixty three, eighty four. It's the same ladder on every tracker on this page, and the cart applies it on its own: order twenty and the free unit is on your order, at $0, before you pay. Counts don't pool across different trackers or terms. Shipping is free on orders over $300. For a hundred or more, call with your count.
Can I add starter interrupt?
Yes, on hardwired installs. The $10 add-on includes one socket and one relay, and professional installation is recommended. Use of starter interrupt is subject to your state's law and your loan agreements.
Who installs it?
Any installer who has wired a tracker can do it. In Southern California, Install Leaders, our sister company, installs it for you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every device we sell carries a three-year warranty — the one exception is the paid-once wireless, which carries a one-year warranty.
I've bought 40. Can I see how it works before I buy 200?
Once we've confirmed the fit and the volume, we can arrange a paid single-unit pilot. We don't do open-ended free trials.
What happens after the term?
Renew-yearly units renew at $18 a year. The paid-once hardwired unit runs five years with no annual fees, then $25 renews it for another five. The paid-once wireless runs four years and is then done — it's a battery unit, so you replace it rather than renew it. Most dealers rotate the unit to the next car long before then.
