Is there a monthly or annual fee?

No. The device is $119 and five years of service are included, with no annual fees during that term. Shipping, tax, installation, and add-ons like starter interrupt are extra and shown at checkout.

What happens after five years?

Renewal is offered per unit at the end of the included term. Nick quotes the current renewal terms when you get there; we don't lock you into anything before then.

Can I get an alert when a car leaves the state?

Yes. Out-of-state exit alerts and custom zones are included, not an add-on. Draw the area a car may operate in and you're notified the moment it crosses the line.

My renters are mostly honest. Do I need this?

Most are. The device is for the one who isn't, and for the honest one who gets towed, breaks down, or forgets to bring it back: you know where the car is before the storage fees start, without a police report and a wait.

Does it work for peer-to-peer or Turo cars?

On the hardware side, yes: it's a hardwired tracker on a vehicle you own. What you disclose to renters is set by your platform's terms and your state's law, and we don't give legal advice. Ask Nick before you order if you're unsure it fits your setup.

Hardwired or wireless?

This unit is hardwired to the vehicle's power and reports every two minutes while it moves. If you need a battery unit you can place without wiring, see the wireless BHPH / lender tracker.

Who installs it?

Any installer who has wired a tracker can do it. In Southern California, Install Leaders, our sister company, installs it for you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every device we sell carries a three-year warranty.

Is there volume pricing?

Yes, on larger orders. There isn't a published ladder; call with your fleet count and your current provider, and a GPS Expert will show you the five-year difference.
