Pin it by the tool crib or the yard gate. Who took what, when it went out, when it came back and the condition it came back in.
Tips for using it
- Give every tool and machine an ID number and paint or tag it on the item.
- Write the condition when an item comes back, so damage is tied to a date.
- Check open lines at the end of each day: anything not back gets a phone call.
- Keep the sheet in one place, with a pen tied to the clipboard.

- Can I add my company name and logo?
