Tips for using it

  • Do the same walk-around in the same order every time: it is faster and harder to skip a step.
  • Write the odometer reading on every sheet; it ties the inspection to a date and a vehicle.
  • Any item marked Repair should go to whoever schedules maintenance the same day, with the sheet.
  • Keep completed sheets together by vehicle so you can see a repeat problem.

Questions

How often should a vehicle be inspected?
Many fleets do a quick walk-around before the first trip of each day. Your insurer, a customer contract or a regulation may set a different schedule for your vehicles.
Can I save it as a PDF?
Yes. Press Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the printer.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. The logo is read by your browser and placed on the page you print. It never leaves your device.
