The machines and the attachments

Wired to the machine, or a battery on the rest.

Anything with an engine takes the equipment tracker. Attachments and anything else that sits with no power take a battery unit.

The software

This is what you log into. Real screens, not a mock-up.

Every tracker reports to a platform you sign into from any browser or your phone. These are its screens, as they are today. Names, plates, serials and addresses on them are demo values.

What the service puts on the record

Hours, alerts, and who was on which site.

Engine hours, not guesses The equipment tracker logs engine hours and mileage, and schedules maintenance on either one.
Tow and power alerts Moved with the ignition off, or external power pulled: you hear when it happens, not when the crew notices.
Jobsite arrival and departure Equipment on and off each site, with the times on the record.
History, reports, users Six months of map history, two years of reports, unlimited users on the web platform, your own icons and photos.

Before you buy

The questions contractors actually ask.

Straight answers. Where the honest answer is "ask a GPS Veteran," it says so.

Which tracker goes on what?

Pick by what powers the asset: an engine, the equipment tracker; a trailer that moves, a solar tracker; something that sits with no power, a battery unit; a truck or a van, a plug-in or hardwired fleet unit. Most contractors end up with two or three kinds; a GPS Veteran will sort a mixed yard with you in twenty minutes.

Do you install?

The equipment tracker wires to the machine’s 12 V or 24 V power: three wires, power, ground and ignition, so any installer can do it. Optional install and trip charges are quoted.

How is the monthly service billed?

The store charges the device only. The monthly service is a separate line item, stated on each card, in the cart, and again at checkout, before you pay.

Is there a warranty?

The equipment tracker carries a three-year device warranty. On the battery-powered units the warranty covers a defective device: they are disposable, so a unit whose battery is spent is replaced rather than claimed.

Bring the equipment list. A GPS Veteran brings the plan.

Twenty minutes, no pressure. Bring what you own, what moves, what sits, and the thing that went missing last year.
