Excellent device. Did a lot of research and found this to be the best for the money. I had it installed and beside home use I use it when I'm a road trips and I can zone the hotel I'm staying at and if my car leaves the zone I get a text message quickly. Car can also be tracked to see its location.

Excellent Product! Does exactly what it is suppose to do. Gave us peace of mind knowing exactly where our unit was 100% of the time. Along with added features makes this product better than others. I really appreciate the extra features for example is a unit sits in a known tow yard. You as a customer will promptly get a notification that allows you to seek recovery faster. Okay, first and foremost... within 2 days of buying the unit, I was very unhappy. It couldn't truck me on a major freeway, and had huge gaps of time where it didn't report my location. However, customer service to the rescue.!

within one day of reaching out to the customer service department, I was getting responses to my email. That alone made things better, because I knew I wasn't going to be ignored.

At first they suggested simple changes like the settings. Since that did not seem to make a difference, I emailed them again and immediately got another reply the following day.. This prompt reply of course only added to my already positive experience that I would not be ignored..!

Nick Muratore, who identified himself as the Director of Sales for GPSLeaders.com, was ON IT..!

We once again tried changing a few settings , and looked at a couple of other options to no avail. And when it became apparent the unit would not register my travels, I requested the unit be replaced.

No hesitation on Nick's part, He quickly rallied the forces at Temecula Motorsports, put me in contact with the appropriate people, helped me set a contract person to speak to. and explained the situation to Temecula Motorsports..

Within a couple of days I was at Temecula motorsports.. They replaced the unit free of charge, Set up a new account for me to log into, and the problem was completely resolved..!

it was easy, painless and prompt.

I cannot say enough about how great this customer service really is.

Thank you Nick and all of your team for all of your efforts. I am very pleased with the product.
